I am so thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Scoop.Bag.Gone that I wanted to write a review (which I never do). Their responsiveness after submitting the online quote form through the photo of my locked gate when they finished….the attention to detail is second to none! Our yard had gotten out of hand lately with all of our kids being in sports 7 days a week. It was overwhelming to say the least. After starting this service and using their free first visit offer I will be continuing on using their service. They are too good to not! I also recommend the yard deodorizing treatment. WOW!!!! Vivana did such an amazing job!!! She excelled in everything. She made sure to get everything clean out of the gravel in our yard.  Something no other company has done.  We have tried multiple companies to clean up the waste in our backyard and this company blows all of the other companies out of the water.

Not only did Viviana do an amazing job, but she so incredibly kind! She spent over 2 hours in my backyard and she did it with the a smile the whole time. I can't say enough amazing things about the whole experience. My backyard is beautiful once again! Thank you Vivian and team!

I’ll be honest. I am hard to please when it comes to that and I’m not gonna throw my money away. But there was something about this family that was real and I sensed it and the first thing she does when she gets out of the van is give me a hug. I’ve had a bad weekend which I shared with her before she got here that I had left my purse at a Walmart and Surprise. I’ve never done that before but inside my purse was of course money credit cards and $80 worth of lottery tickets that I had just bought. I called Walmart, I got my personal wallet back some of the money was gone and all of the lottery cards. So that meant they went through my purse, which feels bad, but at least I got my wallet back. That’s why I needed this hug so badly because I was feeling very blue about humanity. They done my yard so well when I got home I saw it and it was just a whole different yard matter of fact a different vendor I had contacted, but I’ve forgotten about because of the weekend. Issue had come and called me to say they couldn’t find any dog poop so did I give them the wrong address?? lol I strongly strongly recommend this service. And the first cleaning is free. I’ve had people called me $80 $120 and it’s ridiculous to pay that for one dog mess. I am very happy to be using this service into a found people that are just nice and very professional as well. I genuinely cannot recommend Scoop Bag Gone enough. From my very first conversation with Viviana, she was incredibly kind, patient, transparent, and completely nonjudgmental.

I was honestly embarrassed to even reach out because our backyard had gotten BAD. What started as falling behind for a little while snowballed after my mom and I both dealt with injuries and surgeries, and by the time I contacted them, there was at least a years’ worth of dog waste built up in the yard. I had also had a really bad experience with another company in the past, so I probably asked Viviana a million questions before agreeing to anything. 😂 She never once made me feel annoying or rushed. She answered every question thoroughly, explained exactly how their service worked, and repeatedly reassured me that there were no contracts, cancellation fees, or pressure to continue if I wasn’t happy. She even encouraged me to experience their work first before deciding whether I wanted recurring service.

The next morning, Viviana and Carla came out at 7 AM for the initial cleanup, already knowing from our conversation and the pictures I sent just how bad the yard was. She spent almost FIVE AND A HALF HOURS out there cleaning up the massive amount of buildup, and she did the entire thing completely FREE as their initial cleanup.

I cannot emphasize enough how much work that was. This was absolutely not a normal quick weekly cleanup, and they could very easily have charged a huge amount for the time and labor involved. Instead, they stayed until the job was actually finished, exactly like she told me they would. They didn’t rush through it, cut corners, or decide it was “good enough” after a certain amount of time.

Beyond the actual work, what stood out to me most was how they treated me. I was already embarrassed about how bad things had gotten, and at no point did they make me feel judged or ashamed. They were compassionate about the circumstances that led to it, communicated clearly from beginning to end, and made what had become an incredibly overwhelming problem feel manageable again.

After my previous experience with another company, I was extremely cautious about trusting someone with this, but Scoop Bag Gone completely changed that experience for me. They meant it when they said they wanted to earn my trust through the quality of their work.

If you’re considering using them, especially if you’ve fallen really far behind and you’re embarrassed to ask for help, PLEASE do not be. This is exactly the kind of company you want to call. Kind, reliable, thorough, flexible, transparent, and willing to put in the work to actually finish the job.

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. I am incredibly grateful for what they did for us and will absolutely be using Scoop Bag Gone for recurring service. 🐾💛
