Our First-Time Free Scooping offer lets only new customers try our recurring pet waste removal service before their paid service begins.
Eligibility
- Available to new Scoop. Bag. Gone. customers only. - Limit one complimentary first scooping per household/address. - Customer must sign up for a recurring service plan and provide a valid payment method before the complimentary service is scheduled. - There is no charge for the first qualifying scooping. Billing for recurring service begins with the second scheduled visit.
120-Minute Complimentary Service Limit
The complimentary first scooping includes a maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes) of service. If the cleanup requires more than 90 minutes due to excessive or long-term pet waste accumulation, the complimentary service will end once the 120-minute limit is reached. If additional time is needed to complete the cleanup, Scoop. Bag. Gone. will notify the customer and provide the cost for the additional service before continuing. No additional work will be performed without the customer's approval.
Standard Yard Conditions
The complimentary first scooping is intended for yards that have been maintained reasonably regularly and contain a normal amount of pet waste. Properties with excessive or long-term accumulation may require an additional cleanup fee.
Property Access & Pet Safety
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the service area, including any necessary gate codes or access instructions. For the safety of our team and your pets, keep all dogs and other animals securely inside the home during the entire service visit—even if they are friendly, well-behaved, or familiar with people. We love animals, but for safety and liability reasons, no pets may be loose in the yard or service area while our team is working. If a pet is outside or the property cannot be safely accessed, Scoop. Bag. Gone. reserves the right to delay, skip, or reschedule the service.
Additional Services
Deodorizing, waste haul-away, extensive initial cleanups, and other add-on services are not included in the complimentary first scooping and may be purchased separately.
Recurring Service
After the complimentary first visit, the selected recurring service plan will continue at the agreed rate beginning with the second visit. There are no long-term contracts. Customers may cancel recurring services according to our cancellation policy.
Offer Limitations
The First-Time Free Scooping offer: - Has no cash value. - Cannot be combined with another complimentary cleanup offer unless approved by Scoop. Bag. Gone. - Is non-transferable. - May be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. - May be refused due to unsafe property conditions, inaccurate information regarding yard conditions, excessive accumulation, overgrown vegetation, or misuse of the promotion. By scheduling and receiving the complimentary first scooping, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
