After your complimentary initial cleanup, charges will begin to apply starting with your second service visit. During the complimentary visit, your technician will collect a check for the total monthly cleanup fee. Please ensure that the check is dated for the day of your second cleanup, as the first cleanup is free. If you will not be home during the visit, kindly leave a check for the full service amount as specified in your confirmation email.

For regular services, we will email your recurring invoices based on your billing option and cycle, and payment is due under NET terms on your account.
