Once we agree on the date and time for your first FREE cleanup, you’ll need to complete your recurring service membership sign-up to reserve your appointment. We’ll send you the sign-up instructions by text or email. Don’t worry—you will NOT be charged for your first cleanup. Your first poop scooping is completely FREE, and billing begins with your second scheduled service visit.

How do I get billed?

When you sign up for recurring services, your first poop scooping is FREE! Even though you’ll provide a card when completing your membership sign-up, your card will NOT be charged for your first cleanup. Billing begins with your second scheduled service visit.
If your recurring service begins after the 1st of the month, you’ll only be charged for the remaining scheduled service visit(s) for that month. You will not be charged for a full month of service you didn’t receive.
Starting the following month, your regular monthly membership will be automatically charged on the 1st of every month. Example: If you sign up for weekly service halfway through the month:

• First cleanup → FREE
• Remaining weekly cleanup(s) that month → You pay only for those visits
• Starting the following month → Your regular monthly membership is automatically charged on the 1st Simple, fair, and no paying for services you haven’t received.
