Our FREE First Cleanup + FREE Deodorizing Treatment promotion is available to new customers who enroll in recurring Scoop. Bag. Gone. service.
FREE FIRST CLEANUP
• Your first scheduled poop cleanup and deodorizing treatment are FREE when you sign up for recurring service.
• The free cleanup applies to the scooping service. Waste haul-away is not included in the free first cleanup.
• Beginning with your second scheduled service, you will be charged the applicable recurring service rate.
• There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel recurring service at any time.
WASTE BAGS & HAUL-AWAY
During a first-time cleanup, especially when the yard has not been cleaned for an extended period, a significant amount of pet waste may be collected.
Waste haul-away is a separate service and requires an additional fee.
If there are multiple or particularly heavy bags of pet waste, additional haul-away and disposal fees may apply.
We will inform the customer of any applicable haul-away fee before removing the waste from the property.
If the customer chooses not to purchase waste haul-away service, the securely tied waste bags will be left at a mutually agreed-upon location on the property or placed in the customer’s trash receptacle when authorized and when adequate space is available.
EARLY CANCELLATION
The complimentary first cleanup is a promotional benefit provided with recurring service.
If recurring service is canceled before the second scheduled cleanup is completed, the promotional discount will no longer apply, and the customer will be charged the regular one-time cleanup rate for the initial service.
The amount charged will not exceed the one-time cleanup price disclosed to the customer when they sign up.
BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By accepting the promotion and scheduling the first cleanup, the customer acknowledges this promotional policy and authorizes Scoop. Bag. Gone. to charge the payment method on file according to these terms, including any separately authorized waste haul-away services.
