Our History

“Scoop, Bag, Gone.” was founded by Viviana Castro, who also owns a residential and commercial cleaning service called Arizona Clean Living. Viviana became increasingly concerned about the health of her clients and their pets after witnessing pet waste in their backyards. Many of her clients voiced concerns that pet waste was harming the green spaces they so much cherish. Upon noticing the untidy backyards in her clients' yards, Viviana recognized that she could help her clients and the community of pet owners where she resides. With her background in cleaning services, she was determined to make a positive change for her clients and local homeowners. She formulated a plan to launch a company that would address these issues. Thus, “Scoop. Bag. Gone.” was founded. "Scoop, Bag, Gone" offers premium services such as yard deodorizing, hard-floor disinfecting, and scooping cat litter boxes. Viviana and her team see their work as more than just cleaning up pets; it’s about fostering a sense of community and caring for both pets and their environments. They are ready to tackle any challenge, one scoop at a time.
