1. Services
Scoop. Bag. Gone. provides professional pet waste removal services, including recurring yard cleanups, one-time cleanups, cat litter box cleaning, deodorizing treatments, and other related services.
2. Scheduling
Service is provided on the schedule selected by the customer. We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window; however, arrival times may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service area. Gates must be unlocked and accessible at the time of service. If we cannot access your property, the scheduled visit may be considered completed and may be subject to the regular service charge.
4. Pet Safety
For the safety of our team and your pets, aggressive animals must be secured before our arrival. If we determine it is unsafe to enter the property, service may be postponed or skipped.
5. Yard Conditions
We remove visible pet waste to the best of our ability. Tall grass, heavy weeds, excessive leaves, standing water, or other obstructions may prevent complete cleanup.
6. Payments
Payment is due according to the selected service plan. Recurring services may require automatic payment. One-time services may be paid by approved payment methods before or upon completion of service.
7. Cancellations
Recurring service may be canceled at any time. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
8. Weather
We operate in most weather conditions. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will notify customers as soon as possible if a schedule change is necessary.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
10. Limitation of Liability
Scoop. Bag. Gone. is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden hazards, or conditions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
11. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Scoop. Bag. Gone. These messages may include: Appointment confirmations Arrival notifications Service completion notifications Billing reminders Customer support messages Promotional offers (when you have opted in) Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is used only to provide requested services, communicate with you, and improve your customer experience. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
